What people sees in leader is his approach and his attitude. Leader needs to have correct attitude and thinking in right direction. This skills needs to be developed right from school age. Personality development and thinking skills should be introduced in schools.

hello sir,,, My opinion is that Govt should give open opportunities to youth to show their talent in whichever field they in well known. Recognize ,support ,and search real talents . Most of youth to see insecure in political field . How they will survive if they are in politics? Any party give any wages/salaries. I don"t know how to take care of parents if took politics a choice..

sir, first thing is we should teach exact and real history of BHARAT. Because "Those who forget their history, they are going to face the mystery". History feel you proud about your nation. If you look at our Legend leaders like A B Vajpayee, SHIVAJI MAHARAJ, MAHARANA PRATAP ,V D SAVARKAR , SWAMI VIVEKANAND , GOLVALKAR GURUJI, SARDAR PATEL, AND all they are only becaus they know history of BHARAT. To Develop leadership first teach proper history of respected field.

These GDP (good doing points) will reflect the character of that person and make it mandatory to quote these points in each form . This will encourage people to follow the rules and save their GDPs. at least by this way you can give some confidence to the good doing people or law abiding citizens and can demoralize the wrong doing or law breaking citizens. Try it once.

Let us give 1000 good doing points to all . Now if any one violates any rules ,deduct some points and if any one do some extra ordinary work ,give him reward points . Leaders must have minimum 900 good points in his account if he wants to be a leader or apply for govt job, apply for visa etc. Just like CIBIL score or Carbon credit points , start a good work point system for every citizen and link it with AAdhar card, Then each one of us will try to increase our good doing points(GDP).

We must motivate our youth to be disciplined, and must follow all the rules and regulations like traffic rules, railway rules, public property maintenance rules and other rules. We should also start a magazine or website or social media group and publish/post name and acts of good doings people to encourage small good works/gesture at each level of the society like . In short we must encourage good publicity for even smaller good works. This will encourage people to follow the rules.

EXCELLENT LIFE STYLE yahi hai aaj ke youth ka sapna aur iske liye wo SOCHTA bhi hai aur MEHNAT bhi karta hai but jab wo apne aas paas INCOME TAX ki chori karne walo ko dekhta hai to wo apne sahi marg se bhatak jata hai aur corruption ki duniya me apna pahla kadam rakh deta aur aise me desh ko chaumukhi nuksan hota hai.
