Nation-based education is necessary in the place of career-based education. Leadership increases by competing. So,competitions are necessary to test their skills, strong points and weaknesses. Youths should be given project tasks to show their capabilties. A regular monitoring system is also important. Simply, Youths need a strong change in their surroundings to gain all-round qualities.

The Indian youth is basically honest and hard working. The generation needs to be involved in the nation building which can be through proper education and employment opportunities. They are the future of India and the people mis guiding them for their own self interests needs to be tackled with iron hand. The youth of our country needs to be taught to be a true citizen with national character that is possible only if adequate employment /self employment opportunities are created.

Leadership qualities among youth can be developed by proper educating them. Also for new jobs/ young employees working should be kept away from the influence / guidance of old generation people (habbitual to live in corrupt atmosphere and responsible to make such situation.) Other wise youth will also adopt the same path.

Another vehicle whose registration no. is MP-20-SD-9758 which was a Doctor's vehicle and the person who was driving it firstly did not wear a helmet and secondly was talking on the phone while driving. I spotted him on 27/11/2014 at 9:30 PM. Sir, I humbly request you that you take strict action against them.

Most of school and colleges have their own councils controlled by students. In my view, Armed forces including paramilitary and administrative institution develops leaders. So provide members of councils of school and colleges to interact with them and organize seminars in education inst facilitate by IAS, IPS and other officers.
