I think developing leadership qualities among youth is something that can be done by revamping our education system. Currently, our system generates largely 'followers' rather than leaders. An education system that focuses on children's natural skills and ambitions and motivates them to work towards their dreams is something that will automatically inculcate leadership qualities in their youth..

Respected PM , I want to share my view on Girls/Women safety , In our education system , there should be one subject of Karate & Marshall Art Training from Class 5th to 12th specially for girls (mandatory) . This will surely improve confidence level among girls and will safe many girls and create a wave of Women Power in our society.

Comics, Its the best way to reach and teach the children and teenagers. Apart from the syllabus, Gov of India may start an initiative of Comics with stories of leaders, scientists, socials etc. @Rs.10 (or less)/PM for the students in 2/3 different categories according to their age groups, say 1-5, 6-12 and teenagers. The subscription will be done by every school either govt or private. Schools will also earn 'POINTS' if more than 90% students insisted for subscription. (please reply if helpful)

I haven't find any section or any group related agriculture or farming on this mygov web site. I would like to know why gov not like to support to agriculture of farming related product on line???

To develop leadership qualities in youth we need to inculcate first discipline at school level among students and also teachers. Inter school elocution competition at district level state level and national level to be arranged. Whoever is best and have quality of leadership we need to teach them good and bad of politics and train them to become future leaders. Good educated leader from grass root can bring change and understand the ground reality of problems and how to solve them.

Give them a chance to share views without any fear and let the youths of the nation come out with an open mind to express themselves on each and every subject related to nations building. It could be done with a hand on PPP based model same as a pvt player promote their products on a public platform especially on week ends on Shopping Malls or Shopping or any of the youths most attractive place to hang out in any of the city's corner. Let the youths of the nation be a part of Nations Growth.
