sir the constitution of india says right to equality, then why do hav reservations?
the general suffer, talent is unevenly divided ,so reservations should not be based on caste or religion ,instead it should be based on financial background of the person.

Sir, In my opinion , in all productive sector , the first and Foremost requisite is dedication to work. All those working in mining sector should be dedicated towards work. For development of skill these workmen need some basic training, pertaining to technology, environment and safety. Our regulating structure in mining sector should be updated to keep parity with latest technology keeping all doors open for better environment and safety.
