श्रीमन, विभिन्न उच्च न्यायालयों में बड़ी संख्या में मुकदमें लम्बित हैं, जजों की संख्या भी बहुत कम है, यह एक उचित कदम हो सकता है कि जो उच्च न्यायालय के रिटायर्ड जजों को भारतीय संविधान की अनुच्छेद 224-क के अंतर्गत उच्च न्यायालय के जज के रूप में नियुक्त कर दिया जाये ताकि उनके दीर्घ अनुभव का लाभ न्यायिक व्यवस्था को हो सके और लम्बित मुकदमों के निपटाने की दिशा में कदम उठाया जा सके। सादर। आगरा डवलपमेन्ट फाउण्डेशन

श्रीमन, मा0 इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में न्यायमूर्तियों के स्वीकृत पद 160 हैं किन्तु इसके विपरीत वहां पर लगभग 90 न्यायमूर्ति ही कार्यरत हैं, इतनी बड़ी संख्या में रिक्त पद (Vacancies) न्याय देने की प्रक्रिया में बड़ी रूकावट हैं, शीघ्रातिशीघ्र नियुक्तियाँ की जानी चाहिए ताकि वहां लम्बित 10 लाख मुकदमों के निपटारे की दिशा में प्रभावी कदम उठाया जा सके। सादर। आगरा डवलपमेन्ट फाउण्डेशन

श्रीमन, सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्टाचार पर नियन्त्रण एवं पारदर्शिता के लिए सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम है, उसके उचित अनुपालन के लिए यह उपयुक्त होगा कि जन सूचना अधिकारी का एक कैडर सृजित किया जाये जो अधिनियम के प्राविधानों से पूर्णतय वाकिफ हो और अधिनियम की भावना के अनुरूप सूचना अधिकार को अंजान दे सके। सादर। आगरा डवलपमेन्ट फाउण्डेशन

Sir, Yesterday you spoke about addiction in your Mann ki baat programme. Cant we seal manufacturing of Gutkha, pan masala, tobacco ? As our youth are destroying their life towards such addiction.
