Another idea from budget perspective, Allow public to donate for Armed forces perspective. This is country of 125 Cr people and you can thing even a average of Rs. 100/ month by half the population would allow you to buy anything for the armed forces. However you have to ensure that the amount is spent only for procurement, not for any other benefit. Also you have to keep transparency in defense procurement and deposited made by each individual with strong rules of misuse of the amount collected

You can also enhance the land database scope to a immovable property database which records each piece of land belong to this country, each flat, factory, go-downs, mall etc. I mean every immovable property. every person should have limited access to his/ her property account, where he could update and certify changes made to the property. In future probably, you may get away with paper registration, if everything works fine.

Tamil Nadu people don't know Hindi.systematically politicians made the public to hate Hindi.
In order to connect PM Modi to Tamil Nadu villages and cities,it is requested to kindly instruct Al India Radio to translate and Relay the Man Ki Baat programme in Tamil.
Similarly, whenever PM or his Ministers visits T.nadu, ask them to talk in English.
Otherwise, they think he is enemy of Tamil Nadu.
Hatred is created by DMK and other Parties to disconnect the innocent people with the mainstream.

A good step to curb most type of corruption is stopping the flow of money acquired by dubious means. One such idea is to create a land database with map details, clarifying clearly govt land, forest land other reserved lands as well land registered by other people. Each land deal should be incomplete without online land transfer. I mean you could think a robust plan on this. I could take some of your resource's time but I tell you that this will be biggest help to middle class and poor people

I think we need to make India more greener by planting grass all around us .the main reason of so low dust level in Europe , USA is there is no place where there is raw sand, earth everywhere you see grass.similarly we should develop some cities where every citizen is supposed to cover some area with grass so that whole city is green. And then see its effect on dust level & cleanliness. It is not a very difficult task if all citizens are involved.
