First make DV act 2005 as gender neutral. The domestic violence can happen on men as well in home. The present Act is only wife-centric and become tool to get maintenance from her husband. sometimes wife make violence against her mother in law as well so she also should get benefit of this act.

Going to the root cause of gender violence is very important, today crime against women is increasing at exponential rate than it was in past its because children are exposed to offensive and adult content through movies, internet, etc very easily.As they grow contaminated mentality also grows with them & this type of violence becomes an easy and normal thing for them which makes them to indulge in similar activity. so there should be strict step of gov & regulating bodies against such sources

there should be some fast tracks court who can give decisions immediately if the culprit is proved guilty and the punishment should be such that a person who think of doing such an act should think twice before doing it as the implementation in Arab Countries.
