I)Mandatory Self Defense Trainings for all Girls and Women every Year. II) Mandatory Military Trainings for all Boys and Men every Year. III) Call for help number in every Public Transport. IV) Additional Security/ Surveillance in certain areas. V) Mandatory Yearly health Checkup of married women.

Sir, if a helpline number for women is made aware in schools and colleges, offices, mainly through social media then I think many of these incidents can be reduced. One message in WhatsApp and it's forwarded to thousands very easily. There is SHE team in Hyderabad to take care of eve teasing and harassment on women in public places, they are on Facebook, WhatsApp and mobile so can be easily reached. Something like that could help.

lets us make Fundamental duties more powerful and equal to fundamental rights then nation will be much more duty based which builds patriotism ,nationalism and statesmanship which automatically reduces women refreshments

Mock drills should be conducted routinely in all schools and colleges regularly say two period a week. Actually most does not know how to react in such situation. If not all majority fear mai kisi pachde me nahi padna chahta.

Laws should punish the culprit within 24 hours so that they would have fear firstly the cops should be taught to respect woman as they are the one who are dangerpus than culprit.
