Yoga is unity of soul and body.It has positive effects of human beings of all age groups.
sir,it is good step to educate to every.women 40 plus age for yoga by means of advertisement or by media. Not only it helps to keep good health but also save our national currency for purchasing import medicine. My suggestion is Govt. should notify to all govt. office and non govt. office r to organize yoga at least one day in a week.Rest may be achieved by campaign. All media, news paper and all social media

Yoga should be taken to rural level also. Government can utilize nearby schools ans colleges during weekend for mass yoga for women. Evening time about half an hour standard time can also made with good professional. Implementing this kind will give employement and also will increase women health in regural basis. One day yoga teaching and learning will not cherish its purpose.

It is a very good initiative idea. Due to stress, Many women just enroll themselves in a gym which they won't attend regularly and waste both their money and health. Instead they would opt for Yoga. Yoga helps in both mental health and physical health. Meditation keeps women calm specially during their stress time which only women experience. Physical exercise helps them to keep themselves fit as their daily schedule is not to the point due to the work. So Yoga is most preferred for 40 plus.

initiative is very good. Womens are more vulnerable against diseases in the society they should be physically and mentally active and it is done through with a very simple yoga practice. It is also vety good for children also in a stressful society. i want to suggest only one thing that it should be free in yoga centres that are open by government in the stadiums and it should be open on a daily basis. Thank You
