Getting passport renewal has been outsourced. It is efficient. But, the "extra" need for pictures by the "connected" not to experienced and ill equipped photographer can be improved.

I strongly believe that no one is good by default, most of the problems India is facing to day should/will be gone just by one change, Reform and enforce the Law more aggressively, but in a creative way. If you look at any developed country, one the main reasons they are developed is because they enforce the Law to the maximum extent possible. The only solution to most if not all the problems in India is to reform & enforce the Law on a timely basis, I can’t stress this more.

4.“Sir" culture should be gone and should be discouraged by government. On average, Indian’s aren’t aggressive enough and one of the main reasons for that is this, I believe. 5.Any small to medium felony should have punishments such as mandatory participation in community service (like participation in Swach Bharath). Especially any minor felony such as spitting on the road or throwing trash on road should be punished with community service.

3.Govt should plan for programs which involve civic sense, people and behavioral changes. Have some society related lessons for children. Have some people behavioral lessons in schools. For adults have free sessions on civic sense and motivate them to attend the classes by providing perks at the classes. People should be trained to respect and like the fellow citizens.
