The UJALA scheme is the best for encouragement of LED by hon PM & govt., but, it required more speed to reach the LED bulb to home of all the people in India. It required revolution strategy to supply and make utilise the LED in house to house, The scheme of subsidised LED is good, but, the contract to the electricity agency given to give service of LED at home to home, as the meter reader goes to billing the electricity bill every month, for LED, Only require to go & supply once, best wishes

We have to give priority for development of Women power because one women can develop a society. I have to say about the greatest king Raja Ranjit Singh when a stone hit his face by a hungry women (unknowingly) he had made a law for all Women of his State. So 33% reservation is required for women & It can lead our Nation

3. Reservation for women is to be made 33% in every aspects from Election to UPSC exams, From council of minister to Panchayats. 4. For example if the posts/service etc reserve for SC/ST/OBC then 33% women should be posted or elected from their community.

2. youth are giving so many exams for one type of service for example. IBPS,RRB, SBI & uncountable so many exams. so my advice is their should be one exam with preliminary & main and above-all preliminary exam marks should be added in final mark sheet on the ratio of 80:20 = 100

We have study about mentality of youth:- 1. Now it is common mania for reading at Private School & treatment in Private Hospital but finding a job in Govt. Dept. but not in private organization . So we have to stop it, I think we have to reserve 50% in all categories for Govt. school & Govt Collage students. Due to this mentality youth are depressed.
