Dear pm i have suggestion to issue special card on identity basis on income tax slab and it will help to get better services in govt hospital and schools and other offices id card offer like 30% gold 20% silver etc its help to attract all the prople to upgrade there tax level and automatic revene increase in taxes

** CGHS -- IT IS QUITE APPARENT THAT IF CASHLESS MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITY IS EXTENDED TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT RETIREES IN JALANDHAR AND OTHER SIMILARLY PLACED CITIES LIKE THE DELHI MODEL UNDER CGHS, NO ADDITIONAL BURDEN WILL BE CAST ON THE PUBLIC EXCHEQUER, AS IN ANY CASE, REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENDITURE IS GIVEN. IT IS ONLY THE CG RETIREES WOULD BE FREED OF THE WORRY TO ARRANGE THE MONEY IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CG RETIREES IN DELHI ARE ALREADY GETTING IT. PMO MAY KINDLY INTERVENE.
