The govt. is trying to improve the frequency and services of telecom for general public is very good effort, I want to suggest that, penalty for drop call is not viable, because, the burden is ultimately shifted to people, which was earlier suggested by me, further, The telecom company should be given dead line to improve the infrastructure within specific time limit,e.i.1 to 3 or 6 months etc., in which new required instruments should be installed by tele.co. compulsory, it is the best option

There is urgent need that the Skill Centres in JALANDHAR should be at several places at convenient spots. This arrangement would provide opportunity to several of such youth who are presently in some sort of employment but would be willing to improve their skill which would enhance their worth. THIS WOULD ONLY BE POSSIBLE SUCH FACILITY IS AVAILABLE CLOSE TO THEIR WORK PLACE OR FALL ON WAY TO THEIR RESIDENCE. SUCH TOUTH CAN'T AFFORD TIME EXCLUSIVELY FOR GETTING ADDITIONAL SKILLS.

Youth is the most important part of any democracy and not just in terms of human resources but in spirit also. The youth could be empowered by making them feel a part of the decision making process and making them realise the power of governance. This can be achieved by direct dialogue between the students and the law makers of our country. I suggest that youth observers be appointed from all over the country to observe and Comment on the working of the lok sabha, giving a genuine feedbac.

Here is my proposal: as EESL is doing with LED bulbs, can government have auction for a affordable smart phone which may bring down the price ~1500 rupees. divide the amount into next three years or 36 months and request the DBT subsidy receiver to pay in 36 instalments. This will come around 40-50 rupees which can be deducted directly from the DBT amount. contd...
