भारत विश्‍व का सर्वाधिक युवा आबादी वाला देश है। काम में भागीदारी और निर्भरता के अनुपात के संबंध में इस डेमोग्राफिक लाभ के प्रभाव को देखते हुए यदि इस डेमोग्राफिक लाभ का उपयोग सही समय पर किया जाए तो यह हमारे देश की प्रगति और विकास के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर बन जाएगा ।

युवाओं की सृजन क्षमता और रचनात्मक ऊर्जा का इष्‍टतम उपयोग करने के लिए युवा कार्यक्रम विभाग युवाओं के व्यक्तित्व-निर्माण और राष्ट्र-निर्माण के युग्मित उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने के लिए सतत रूप से प्रयासरत है। इसका उद्देश्‍य युवाओं के व्यक्तित्व का विकास करना और राष्ट्र-निर्माण के विभिन्‍न कार्यकलापों में उनकी सहभागिता सुनिश्‍चित करना है।

युवाओं का प्रशिक्षण, शिक्षा और कौशल हमारे समाज के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण संसाधन हैं और इनका संबंध अनिवार्य रूप से भावी जटिल समस्याओं के समाधान से है।

असाधारण रूप से कुशल युवाओं का किसी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था और समाज पर गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है और इससे हमारे काम करने, संवाद करने, विकासात्मक और सामाजिक कार्यकलापों के तौर-तरीकों में बदलाव आता है। ये युवा जीवन के विभिन्‍न क्षेत्रों में नव-परिवर्तन के भी प्रवर्तक हैं।

इसमें कोई संशय नहीं है कि शिक्षा और कौशल तथा नव-सृजन और निर्माण कौशल अर्थात जीवन में विकास के विभिन्‍न क्षेत्र परस्‍पर एक दूसरे से संबंधित हैं। इसकी प्राप्‍ति के लिए बच्‍चों में सृजन क्षमता की पहचान करने और उन्‍हें बढ़ावा देने की आवश्‍यकता है जिससे युवाओं और किशोरों को मजबूत बनाने और उनका विकास करने की सतत प्रक्रिया चलती रहेगी।

युवा कार्यक्रम विभाग, युवा कार्यक्रम और खेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार असाधारण निर्माण और सृजन कौशल वाले देश के युवाओं (15-29 वर्ष) के लिए एक महीने की अवधि के लिए MyGov पोर्टल पर एक परिचर्चा आयोजित कर रहा है और उनसे सुझाव आमंत्रित कर रहा है। उनसे प्राप्त इनपुट की संबंधित मंत्रालयों/विभागों के परामर्श से जांच की जाएगी और प्रविष्टियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। जिन युवाओं की प्रविष्टियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा, उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्तर की कार्यशाला में वैयक्‍तिक रूप से या वर्चुअल रूप से उनके विचारों की विस्तृत प्रस्तुति देने के लिए कहा जाएगा ।

We are living in times where we need rapid development as well as we need to conserve our environment .1.Rural tourism sholud be encouraged on the lines of airbnb model with public private patnership and discourage hotel industy in ecosenstive zones . 2.Also in rural and urban construction need to encourage use of locally avaiable material for construction with proper strengthning of structure. 3.encouraging reuse,reduce ,recycle concept like mandatory use of grey water ,rainwater harvesting ,recycling stations to collect e waste in every district . 4.Every university /college should have a compulsory social project for students eg agriculture or science students can work with farmers and do some working project via agriculture deptt and each govt dept should have liasioning with higher education institutions. 5.on the lines of agnivirs similar concept of apprenticeship should be there for other govt deptt . With giving choice to candidate to opt for no. of yrs

With due respect to our country and govt. We all were familiar with the situation that are young generation is going under the influence of drugs and some adjective medical tablets and syrups. We need to take care of youth specially the teenagers so that they can focus on studies and their behaviours which can improve the status of our country. We should need to issue some authentic steps so that the inhale of drugs may be stop. Inhalation of drugs is abolishing the future of our young youth and teenagers which is not good for our country. Also with that we need to improve our education system. Education system is not based on the practicals it is based on the theorical knowledge. We have to improve some practical studies so that are student will be able to understand the concept and with these steps our student will do best in research work which can improve our country welfare and status.

Dear sir bhut se aise older person jo bhut bhurape me ankhe (eyes) bhut jyda weak ho jate h or dekh pane me sahaj ni hote ,jis kharan unhe logo ko bhut jyda request krna prta h ki wo atm ke system me dekh ke paisa nikl de ,khud ke gujare ke liye ya kuch kaam ke liye , so can u make a system of voice listening system who helped them properly so unhe kisi ke age jhukna ba pare ya request krna pare

To Respected Our Pm, Subject - Suggestion for how increase production and income of farmers. Namaste, I am a Student. I have a great Idea to increase production and income of farmers. There are many problems faced by farmers while they grow crops on their field. One of them is that मिट्टी में पोषण की कमी के बजह से फसल कम होती है। जब पौधे उगने लगते हैं तब अनेक तरह की बीमारिया फसल को खराब कर देती है। हमारे किसान अनेक तरह की खाद मिलाता है इससे मिट्टी खराब हो जाती है। सरकार को एक ऐसा व्यक्ति को देखभल के लिए रखना चाहिए गांव में जो हर खेत की मिट्टी की जांच करे पोषण की जान करे और फसलो में होने बाले रोगे की सही दबाई बताये। The person hire by government may be a new Employee or this work can also transfer to patwari. Patwari can do this work.If govt. Want to hire a new Employee this creates many jobs.Hope you like this Idea. Thank You

Youth means develop positive power for do creative and innovative idea convert into action.in my view spiritual will be develop for beginning their internal power.it is a time to balance between physical energy and spiritual energy.it is very necessary to concentrate energy on one direction.it is a time to architect our idea what we have done for society.my view is to detect at school level for shape our creative idea.my mantra is Youth energy should be protected to focus on innovative goal.

invention and innovation :) It is a matter of pride for India, that it has youth power. The youth of India have that ability and a hidden skill, which makes them advance many times more than other countries, but there is a lack of recognition, Which prevents them from moving forward, in today's generation there is a great need to focus on innovation as well as education, and for this it is necessary to give equal opportunities to all and to progress equally without any discrimination. The country which has a young population, that country can never hold back. Even today, at the age of 18-25, they are married, even at the age in which to study and do something big. At that age, we have the strength to handle the responsibility of the house, all this should be reduced to some level, even today our education system is not right, there are some people who can bring some such change in the country, which can make India other Make countries different and strange, but they lack understan
