..ideating,workshops,skill dvlpmnt,change in edu system from degree centric to knowledge centric, participating in local level welfare programmes, collaborating with risk takers and financial aid, insurance in new and small scale start ups might help to a greater extent.I know many of my knowns are pretty much into experimenting and breaking the shackles of conventional"secure"job type.I hope there should be some platform on national level for these aspiring minds if its like 10,000 start-ups.:)

A brief part of my dreams consisted of becoming an entrepreneur, starting up something new, getting to create jobs rather than having one. It was when I taught Entrepreneurship development soon after my MBA. what happened to that dream?It got eaten up soon as i got a govt job that too in a bank..lucrative? no.."Secure"would be a perfect word..Half of the youth populace is entangled in this web of getting this secured tag..why? because we are not secure financially.not ready to take risks..cont..

We are making Bookworms out of our Education System. We need to educate our children skills , practical technical knowledge from school days. Our kids are becoming tech freaks playing video games etc but not physically active or motivated to grow up to design create innovate.

An environment should be created in which entrepreneurship is considered a legitimate career option. Students should be exposed to successful entrepreneurs in different fields, encouraged to come up with creative ideas through competitions, at college they should be provided time, resources and other support to pursue their dream while also continuing education. In fact in IIT Kharagpur a course Entrepreneurship Education is run. Awareness about govt schemes in this area should be created.

Our country is teeming with technical and managerial talent with the brightest of entrepreneurial ideas being in our colleges.With proper guidance and access to capital these ideas can be transformed into successful ventures thus help in creating jobs & adding value to ourGDP.Each college should have a incubation center where the ideas are nurtured.Also people in these centres should be allowed to use 10000 crore startup fund for purpose of venture capital . This wud encourage entrepreneurship

lots of IIMs & Business schools in our country.Many more MBA/BBAs are there.but they don`t have the vision to doing something for their country or try to setup a business for generating the jobs.They want only MNCs companies job with high perk.If you providing guidance and support for them to setup the new business then it will be directly focus on our economy.The youth is always try to proved.you just have to fulfill they needed and it goes up and earned a lot for his country.

Social service should be part of the education. It helps students to develop leadership quality.
