Industry-Academic interaction has to be encouraged. As all medical colleges are affiliated with Hospitals resulting in Doctors willing to go for self employment, similarly for Engg. colleges affiliation with Industry to be made compulsory.Presently quality of Engineers passing from most of pvt colleges is pathetic.After every three years the faculty of Engg. and Management colleges need to work in Industry so that they have capacity to train and motivate future generations.

Sir why not we plan something like milk production and development park in India. Like industrial unit.We desperately need one more Milk revolution.We can't afford milk Rs60-70 /liter.Also we need to eliminate artificial milk business completely from this country. Contd.. . To provide education to the youth in entrepreneurship is not a task which can be handled by the Government alone. It is essential that here the corporate sector as also other possible resources including NGOs must be tapped and put to use. This is esentail to give the youth of India a push into what can be a game-changer for his career. THE YOUTH ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO CHANGE THEIR MIND-SET OF SEEKING CONFORT IN A ROUTINE-SET SCHEDULE TO A SCHEDULE WHICH IS FAR FROM SET BUT REWARDING.

This can be initiated in the schools by teachers who can give this task to students to get innovative ideas for different situations. Because the young Indians have great ideas given a chance &they will come out with great solutions. Further the colleges also can participate. This will enhance the entrepreneurs and help identify those who have this potential. Side by side we need to make our youngsters aware about the importance of self employment so that they can go and lead .

There is need to encourage the youth of India to convert himself from job seeker into job creartor. This can happen only if he feels that he has the ability to try his hand in enterpreneurship successfully. The youth need to invent and reinvent himself, and set a goal for himself different from what he usually targets. HE HAS TO PREPARE HIMSELF WHICH IS POSSIBLE ONLY WHEN HE GETS SET TO ATTAIN THE REQUISITE EDUCATION TO GET AT ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE FIELD HE IS GOOD AT.
