Dear sir, I suggest to make new news channel in all state in their regional language. It's helpful to know the normal people of central govt planing, achievement etc. This is also stop the state govt getting benefit instead of central govt. Some political party use public channel like their ambassador. One central govt news channel can helps normal people giving true information.

I am a ncc cadet with 57 up bn ncc unnao It is suggested that rather than repeatedly carrying out plantation drive in schools nd colleges during monsoons , tha district magistrates should be asked to identify and provide govt. wasteland or reclamed land for afforestation. This will increase our green bely considerably

1) Access to technology and internet even in its basic form should be made available as much as possible. Implementation to provide access to the internet which includes dial-up (in rural areas), Cable in small cities, Fibre optic in smart cities and metros. 2) The monopoly of few organizations as it has happened in the telecom sector. unwillingness and politicking by a big telecom operator. 3) Cable is a viable option for last mile access.

1) give subsidiary to operators and define cable network internet access policy as well as cable network operations guidelines 2) Potential challenges that could emerge is the overdependence on private cable operators who can go on strike and affect internet connection or monopolize it 3) cable network is surely viable option as it does not require extra cable laying cost except a router/modem which can be securely pre-configured and installed with end to end IPSEC encryption

The other most important problem is the supply of electricity in the remote parts all the time IE,24*7 so that everyone in the remote areas can use it . But this thing is not happening in India and as it is terrain it is different in all parts of the country and cable are not to be an optimal solution for remote parts,as they might be good solution for urban areas.

There is no point of Broadband provision over cable when world is moving towards WiFi & LiFi, I suggest to remove this "Cable" precondition.Following are the suggestions 1) Instead of cable UHF channels can be used for broadband which will be lower the capex on consumer as well as ISP end. 2) It will avoid the capex involved in cable laying & other aging & wear & tears, also better service availability. 3) already mentioned broadband over UHF is more viable option than cable
