डिजिटल इंडिया के प्रमुख स्तंभों में से एक ब्रॉडबैंड हाईवे के माध्यम से पूरे देश में इंटरनेट सेवा प्रदान करना है। इसी उद्देश्य से भारतनेट के तहत 2019 तक 2,50,000 ग्राम पंचायतों को ऑप्टिकल फाइबर से जोड़े जाने की दिशा में कार्य जारी है। कुछ विशेषज्ञों ने सुझाव दिया है कि देश में केबल के माध्यम से सभी तक इंटरनेट सेवा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए केबल के मौजूदा बुनियादी ढांचे का लाभ उठाया सकता है।

माईगव देश के नागरिकों से इस संबंध में नीति और प्रौद्योगिकी के बुनियादी ढांचे पर सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है ताकि नीचे दिए गए उद्देश्य पूरे हो सकें।
1) नीति और तकनीकी दृष्टिकोण से हमारे केबल नेटवर्क के अधिकतम उपयोग की क्या संभावनाएं हैं?
2) इस प्रक्रिया में क्या संभावित चुनौतियां आ सकती हैं?
3) चुनौतियों और अवसरों पर गौर करते हुए बताएं, क्या इसे एक व्यवहारिक विकल्प के रूप में अपनाया जा सकता है?

Optical Fibre laying should be made compulsory with each Road/Highway with essential trenches and terminations. That can be givne on lease to other companies. Apart from saving money time and manpower, this will also prevent the roads being dug up at various times for laying cables.

Hi all, In telecom evolution the weak link has been network. If in the earliest era the bottle neck was the hard wired networks limitation today it is the "Shaddow region" of the mobile network. It may be worth trying to use the vast network of Low voltage power network and re engineer the proven Age old "Power Line Carrier Communication" technology for extending the network to almost every house hold. I am sure it is a feasible option andtechnology can be implemented.

BROADBAND CABLE SHOULD BE UNDERGROUND, WITH GOOD SPEED WHERE EVER THEY LIVE IN ANY CORNER PART OF THE VILLAGE. IT WILL EMERGE AS VIABLE OPTION IF THEY ARE PROVIDED WITH LESS PACKAGE OR FREE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. SOME AWARENESS CLASSES SHOULD BE KEPT IN VILLAGES ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE AND USAGE OF TECHNOLOGY USING INTERNET . PROVIDE AN FREE INTERNET SERVICE IN EVERY PART OF VILLAGE SO THEY GET ACCUSTOMED TO IT. AFTER THAT SELL SYSTEMS AT A SUBSIDY PRICE SO THAT THEY CAN EFFORT TO BUY AND USE NET.

Ok, let me tell a short story about BSNL landline. When mobile and tariffs were higher, people had landline connection. In my village there used to be telephone exchange also. But due to constant network problem and higher monthly fixed charges people opted for cheaper options. Now the condition of exchange is horrible and all the cable network which was laid has been stolen. The condition is same at nearby district locations. So robustness, readiness, reliable are some factors to look into.

कृपया सरकारी तन्त्र को मजबूत बनाएं। ग्रामीण छेत्रों तक computer training मूफ्त मे दे. मोबाइल और इंटरनेट की स्पीड बढ़ाएँ। करकारी कार्यालय मे जब इंटरनेट नही चल सकता तो सरकारी कार्यालय मे ऑफ लाईन की भि सूविधा देनी चाहीहे आपका बालाजी पाटील शेळगावकर Qualification B.Sc.

All internet service providers by an large cheat the customers by writing UPTO 10 mbps, speed there must be a regulation to provide minimum 10 mbps SPEED IRRESPECTIVE OF LOCATION , TIME AND NUMBER OF USERS AT A TIME. Than only the rural areas or urban areas connectivty can improve. and no limit on GB used. The tarrif also must be with TRAI directive and not that any service providers make a day light robbery. TRAI must deliberate in detail all such loopholes and plug them once for all.
