The taxi drivers , auto drivers are to be trained and strictly passed the directive to the respective department to implement on : to behave good with people , do not charge excess fare and mislead ,cheat people and complain no are to be displayed on every auto , taxi in regard to any inconvenience . प्रधानमंत्री महोदय ने सरकारी तंत्र मे तीव्र निर्णय लेने हेतु दो आदेश दिये थे। फ़ाइल तीन tier से ज्यादा न जाय। रुल्स सिम्प्लीफ़ायी हों तथा अनावश्यक कानून समाप्त हों। जमीन हकीकत अभी भी जस की तस बनी है।

समझ मे नाही आता। प्रधान मंत्री के सफाई अभियान पर इतने ज़ोर देने के बाद भी रेलवे स्टेशन इतने गंदे क्यों रगते हैं। आखिर सरकारी तंत्र ने एक दिन इस अभियान को कागजों पर ही रखकर इतिश्री क्यों कर ली।

प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री जी आज कुछ खिल कर कहने का मन है। आप हमारे श्रद्धा पुरुष हैं। उम्मीद है अनुरोध तदनुसार ही लेंगे। कृपया इसे व्यक्तिगत वंदना समझे। आप प्रधान सेवक बानने के बाद माँ भारती की सतत आराधना मे निष्ठापूर्वक लगे हैं। पर आपके अधीनस्थ सड़ चुका तंत्र किस तरह अभी तक अपरिवर्तनीय बना हुआ है। आपके सफाई अभियान पर निरंतर सरकारी फाइलों से जा रही कागजी रेपोर्टें, सिम्प्लिफ़िकेशन के नाम पर खानापूरी। किसी भी विभाग ने अबतक आपके फाइलों के थ्री tier डिसिशन मेकिंग सिस्टम को जमीन पर नहीं लाया है।

मैं माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के संसदीय क्षेत्र से आता हूँ और खुद पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में काम करता हूँ. प्रधानमंत्री जी के आने के बाद बड़ी उम्मीद थी की बनारस में कुछ होगा लेकिन ९ महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी बनारस इतना ज्यादा गन्दा है की मुझे पर्यटकों के साथ शहर में घूमने में शर्म आती है. चारो तरफ कूड़ा, टूटी फूटी सड़क, सड़क पर बहता हुआ मल-जल, गन्दी गंगा नदी और उससे भी ज्यादा वरुणा. समझ में नहीं आता की क्या जवाब दिया जाए. पिछले नौ महीनो से लोगों को बोल रहा हूँ जल्द ही कुछ होगा लेकिन अब उम्मीद टूटने सी लगी है
