भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ (आईओए) भारत की राष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समिति है और यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समिति द्वारा मान्यतता प्राप्त है। अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ ओलंपिक खेलों तथा क्षेत्रीय स्पमर्धाओं जैसे राष्ट्र मंडल खेलों और एशियाई खेलों में भारतीय खिलाड़ियों और टीमों को तैयार करने और उनके भाग लेने की जिम्मेेदारी आईओए की है। आईओए की अन्य जिम्मेदारियों में राष्ट्रीेय खेलों का आयोजन तय करना और ओलंपिक अभियान को बढ़ावा देना शामिल है।

राष्ट्रीय खेल परिसंघ (एनएसएफ) खेल विधाओं के संवर्धन और विकास के लिए जिम्मेिदार हैं। राष्ट्रीय चैम्पियनशिपों के आयोजन तथा विश्व चैम्पयनशिप, एशियाई चैम्पयनशिप और राष्ट्रमंडल चैम्पैयनशिप में खेल विधाओं में भारतीय खिलाड़ियों और टीमों के भाग लेने की जिम्मेरदारी संबंधित राष्ट्रीय खेल परिसंघों की है।

आईओए और राष्ट्रीय खेल परिसंघ सोसायटीज पंजीकरण अधिनियम के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत स्वायत्त निकाय हैं। युवा कार्यक्रम और खेल मंत्रालय लगातार इस बात पर बल देता रहा है कि आईओए तथा राष्ट्रीीय खेल परिसंघ अपनी कार्यप्रणाली तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीाय स्परर्धाओं में भागीदारी के लिए खिलाड़ियों के चयन में पारदर्शिता और सुशासन सुनिश्चित करें।

Old records which are in danger of being lost should be digitized first. In this category I keep record maintained in record room of all collectors of districts in India. These building are in very bad shape and very valuable record from British period is in danger of being lost. Similarly records in record room old Rajas & Maharajas are in very bad shape and need to be digitized and brought in public domain

Being Disabled International Sportswoman myself, i have seen Players have missed out lots of opportunity for the International tourneys due to infighting and politics within NSF. The infighting went on for many years and due to it, SAI had to take care for short period to avoid players losing out time. Such scenarios, better Governance would be helpful.Matured Sportspersons of NSF along with one official from respective dept such as SAI,IOA for ensuring transparency wud lift India flag higher

The first step is to get it depoliticized by admitting only sports persons without any political background to file a nomination for an election or send an application for a selection. The second step is to have a high power committee, comprising of internationally recognized sports persons with any nationality, for the selection of candidates should be formed. The third step is to make all the proceedings online. The nomination, selection, procurement and expenditure should be in public domain.

TOP OFFICIALS OF SPORTS ARE NOT RELATED TO SPORTS BUT TO POLITICS OR INDUSTRIES,FIRSTLY IT SHOULD BE CHANGED,SECONDLY 5YEAR OR 10YEAR PLANNING SHOULD BE ROLLED OUT.TALENTS BELOW 10YEARS OF AGE SHOULD BE FOUND OUT AND THEY SHOULD BE ADOPTED AND GIVE TRAINING FOR 5YEARS OR 10 YEARS WITHOUT PRESSURE AND THEN SEND THEM FOR INTERNATIONAL EVENTS.PROFFESIONALISM SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED AT ADMIN SIDE OF SPORTS

First of all develop a committee having all the sportsmen & women who have performed nationally or internationally. Then there should also be a sub committee also belong to sport persons. Remove all those people who have done or supported wrong deeds happened in last years. The politicians or people having their own major interest should be kept away from the association. The meetings & working should be controlled & tracked by people of different professions & are senior.

Minutes of all meetings must be posted on websites itself. 2. New board must be formed with representation of state govts, every sport representation and sports which are played in olympics need to have sportsperson representation, the board size willbe 10 but complete structure will be around 40 so the voting rights willdetermine the decisions. PM must be made part of the team since sports is of great importance. The funds allocated and expediture and revenue from each sport is important.

Stop pramoting games, sports in international level. Game are games, and there is nothing morethan that. So dont spend money on it. Even i am also top specialist in some part of games. For example, i can finish a whole game with just my service in vollyball. But, i dont want to become international top, because i can't help the word with my personal achivement. Media's are westing millions of papers by giving too much articles in papper, which must be banned. There should be limit for it.

1. In india there must be separation between politics & sports. If we pick any game then we can see orgonisation which govern sport is controlled by politicians or bureaucrats who does not know anything about that game and therefore they work as per there will and they torture players. hence i request our PM plz let any sport person to lead sport ministry.

भारत देश मॅ खेल हो या सुरक्षा हर जगह प्रशासनिक कार्य प्रणाली जिम्मेदार है लोग पीड़ित होकर चिल्लाते रहते लेकिन उनकी कोई सुनवाई नहीँ होती कुछ लोग ही न्यायपालिका दरवाज़ा खटखटाते है भारत मे प्रशासन तँत्र को सक्रिय एवँ शख्त बनाकर ही देश के हर विभाग की उन्नति हो सकती है यदि राष्ट्रपति राज्यपाल कॅन्द्र और राज्य कॅ मन्त्री समस्याओं के प्रति ध्यान दे तो भारत देश की हर समस्या का समाधान तुरन्त हो जाएगा
