Currently 58 Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) are making losses over past 3 consecutive years. This is a serious concern for the health of country. Can every minister of center adopt a loss making CPSE through out his parliamentship period.

Govt should create a platform and address all the citizens to report any case of reporting regarding begging and then the govt should find the cause of beggary and find the solution.

Our government representative shld reach to the slums areas of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Bihar, Adivasi group in Jharkhand, Delhi, etc as they rarely in touch with media. A special attention shld b paid to eliminate beggary and a jagran of swach India shld b given to them.

Beggars's time shld b engaged in doing two important tasks : first they shld b given free education and secondly any job. They shld b trained to build their own home from recycled materials.

sir u can also monitor private companies that they hire engineers at least some salary standards of government

sir one of the biggest or root cause of all problems is unemployment. sir i would like to inform u as there are so many engineers and management graduates that private companies are paying them very less not even 5 pay commission. therefore u can grant them some loan on the basis of their degrees so that they can start their business or as u say make in india u can tell them to manufacture certain good according to their degrees and buy from them and sell them in international market or sell

Beggars are given a set of work which contribute to our country, for e.g. Clean India which will provide money to them. They secondly no begging rule shld b implemented. Citizens shld boycott begging. This will inspire beggars to do some work. Entry to public places like railways, bus, streets, shld b abstrained given work immediately by police, etc.

con't .... Beggars Adhaar & bank account should be opened. Their skill improvement training should be done depending on their caliber and their database should be made...Govt. should facilitate them for doing handloom work, some craft work, food packing work etc. to generate money for them... If they find some good job then they should be relieved from punishment... if in rare case, they escape and again start begging, then again they should be arrested and put in that rehabilitation center.

Begging should be made illegal, especially in cities. Beggars should be immediately taken into rehabilitation centers and their punishment (not exactly though) should be... free education, yoga training.etc Beggars should not be paid in money, but give them free basic food, basic clothing & basic mass shelter... Elders duty should be to plant trees, clear local area streets and do other public services near there area, under the supervision of one assigned good and honest NGO of near by area.

Two Bigest Constraints are :- 1. Lack Of Education 2. Lack of employability skills for Uneducated people.
