Addition to public toilets there is one more alternative which can help to to build 'Clean India'. I would like to share system in US. It is law in US that there might be any hotel, food outlet or any public place; access to toilets are open for everyone. You can not deny any person even if might not be your customer if he/she wants to use toilet of your premises. Why such a rule can not be implemented in India? Can be difficult but not impossible with generosity of respective business owners.

Swaccha Bharat was launched on 2nd OCT 2015. Most of people are brooming/ cleaning roads for a hr & doing photography & its publishing . There is no swachhata movement beyond this. Construction of Toilets are needed on Urgent/warfooting basis at village & taluka level across country. There is open defecation in various Taluka places / villages of Maharashtra. Even in suburban of Mumbai , there is open defecation.

I tried to install a Bio Toilet but the technology is restricted. Why not publish detailed standard drawings of toilets, septic Tanks, Bio Toilets in various capacities, usages etc. along with estimated cost of construction, method of construction, best practices etc. This will become a ready resource and help curb a lot of waste.

Gandhiji was against consumption of wine. To begin with, Swachhata is needed to stop unauthorised selling & manufacturing of wine. Unauthorised seller of wine distributes money & carry out business. In plot No 704, Indira Gandhi ward, Near Municipal Water tank, Near Railway Station Hinganghat ,Wardha ,MS, unauthorised wine is sold by sh. Hiralal Chavare ( Mob No 9673025139)for so many years. Kindly take necessary action. Gandhiji had Ashram at Sewagram, Wardha district.

Now come to the point how can we stop people to spit anywhere and spread the waste? (1) We really need dustbins. But the ground reality is that if Government installs dustbins in different places, thieves will sell them to the black market. Now how can we stop that? Government need to install dustbin with same design which look different than normal. And tell the all the Junk dealers that if Police find these type of dustbins from you FIR will be against you.

(2) Everything need motivation and how workers will motivate by cleaning, just put their profit in the waste they collect. I mean they will get salaries and bonus if, they collect particular amount of waste daily. This will be the win win situation for Government, People, companies and the workers.
