Spitting is a sickening sight and spitting in public places is annoying, dirty, disgusting uncivilized habit and nauseating apart from being obnoxious. We witness this every day, everywhere. Walls are the targets. It is as worse as Urinating and defecating in public. The worst thing is people think it is their right. This goes against your Swatch Bharat. Please BAN it before it destroys us – If Gutka and Pan Masala can be banned this also will work-Dr.PV.Jois

I think the places where most of the waste is found are the transit places- railways, bus stop etc. We can charge people for throwing waste and it will not be the officials who will charge but the citizens. "Saaf rakhne k liye na sahi paise lene k liye sab safai pe dhyan denge." By this more people will join the campaign. But this needs come from the govt. and we can not start charging anyone and also no one should be charged wrongly.

The central government should make a law to make compulsory that every car company must give their consumers preinstalled dustbin as a car accessory and people not having a dustbin in the cars should be fined,this will stop people throwing waste out of cars.

For Railways:- Initially Every Compartment Must have dustbin available, else people throw the waste either outside or on Railway Station. 2ndly start imposing fine on the people throwing the waste outside as till there is no fine, some people don't improve their habit. This will increase the revenue of railway also & improve cleanliness.

Deplorable conditions prevailing in Juhu Beach which is 4 Km Stretch on both side people sit for toilet , which is a public health hazard .
