स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय इस दस्तावेज़ पर आपकी टिप्पणी / सुझाव / विचार प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना करता है।

First Task : Assess the Patien, Helathcare Providers (of any stream like Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani) in every village, town, city and Maga City and evaluate their efficacy in preventive and curative healthcare provision. Second Task : Identify Competent trainable people in each stream with reference to their family background. Spotting hereditary talents make the task 50% easier. Third Task : Make Healthcare and related research as attractive career opportunities.

Just use #Android #Software_Engineering #Smart_Cards (Like ATM), #Online_DateStorage #Cloud_Storage #AadharNumber for registrations, providing messaging and counseling portal through APPS Start the project within Institute level in collaboration with medical and computer science engineering field. #Acknowledge_The_Strength_of_CSE students of Govt Institutes. #IIIT #NSCB_MedicalCollege #Jabalpur

This could provide health facility to all, by registering everyone through their Aadhar number and providing their reach-ability to the doctors using android apps. Giving counseling suggestions to the patients, reminder for taking medicines to elderly.. adding the system with the tollfree numbers and messaging gateways. I am working on the project with similar motivations. #IIIT This is a programme which includes the major projects like #DigitalIndia #sustainableIndia #makeIN_India

Inter college/universities projects should be started in association of medical(other stream) and computer engineering students for the automation of the service portal. Govt. should use the talent pool of Computer engineers in their Institutes and colleges for making the prototype models and start this kind of noble project from the smaller cities and hospitals. The skills of CSE students could drive this far ahead than one can think. #NeHA #BetterUse_Of_Engineer #DigitalIndia #Jabalpur #IIITDM

Great idea to work upon,this concept should be incubated on the smaller projects with the collaboration of Computer Science engineers and Medical Colleges, providing the patient centric service automation in hospitals with the online storing of records and use of smart cards like happen in Banking sectors.IIITDM Jabalpur is doing the similar project for the welfare of Jabalpur citizens to provide them best of the facilities and reduce the rush, paper work. #sutainable #Institute_Project #Digital

have read reports where women just 70 kms from Delhi have never heard of contraception.75% of women in Bihar are un aware of contraception,in the 21st century.we are adding one Australia every month.is this not a matter of grave concern .there have been no advts since the past 10 yrs on this issue what so ever
