स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय इस दस्तावेज़ पर आपकी टिप्पणी / सुझाव / विचार प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना करता है।

The objective of E health authority is to ensure that as many citizens as possible have good health, have access to healthy food & get medical attention if develop any health issues. To make successful, Authority needs to have digital infrastructure with as many citizens on board as possible. The 'Must' requirements are infrastructure, doctors & hospitals for a successful implementation of NeHA and a healthy society.

Im a doctor by profession. Our health policies are based on surveys mostly conducted by independent agencies or WHO etc. In reality we don't know the actual problem at the ground level ( Real burden of disease ??) then how can we plan. Need of UNIFORM REGISTRY SYSTEM which enrols any patient entered in (govt or private) so we can know the actual burden of disease, its distribution & plan accordingly. It may linked with AADHAR CARD. (ONE INDIA ONE PATIENT ONE REGISTRATION)

Rating and Review of Doctors. By the patients. And ability to quickly see those by Everyone. Every patient should be able to rate the Doctor on his/her performance - whether Dr could completely cure or not. And ability to write review about it. If Flipkart, Amazon can use this concept to bring accountability, quality - why not here ? This is very much required if you are serious about making people healthy.

It should provide free health-card for poor and needy people.online patient registration system for government hospital.newly generate director equal post for pharmacist.

This concept is really good. But i want to say that sometimes we want to change the already running things but we can't because they are running already e.g, some changes in our constitution. But here we are going to start it so we should prepare a solid road map for the successful execution of this concept. This should not be just a formality.

पर जब ये बात समझ में आती है तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी होती है मैं प्रधान मंत्री जी से निवेदन करूँगा की इस दिशा में विद्वानो का विचार विमर्श करा कर हमारे पुराने सामाजिक मूल्यों को वापिस लाने की दिशा में व्यापक जान जागृति का कार्य करवावें सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य। वापस आते ही बाकी सारे स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्राप्त करना आसान हो जाएगा

कुछ समय पहले शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य तथा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को अलग अलग माना जाता था। पर अब दोनों एक दुसरे से सम्बन्दित है। . पर वास्तव में दोनों स्वास्थयो लिये जरूरी है। .... सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य। । इंसान एक सामाजिक प्राणी है। । सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य के बिना बाकि किसी स्वास्थ्य की कल्पना करना बेमानी है आज की educational policy । employment policy तथा पारिवारिक व्यवस्था के परिवार छोटे से छोटे होते जा रहे है तथा निजी व्यक्तीत्व। । परिवार के व्यक्तीत्व पर भारी पर रहा है । पर जब ये बात समझ में आती है

peoples are regularly going to private hospitals.These situation should be change every o.p chit candidate should be give their ph no.One clarical employee should be enter in online that next day 1 SMS should be sent to that patient by asking about treatment by giving options 1. very good,2.good 3.normal 4.poor 5.vary poor like that depending on results doctors wold be taken awards rewards or actions
