स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय इस दस्तावेज़ पर आपकी टिप्पणी / सुझाव / विचार प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना करता है।

1.e-Health should give all health related tips with diseases and remedies in mobile software to all citizens in built software with smartphones. 2.Helpline nos. of doctors and hospitals as medical transcription via internet. 3.Authority should reward those who take action during emergency. 4.Display local helpline nos. on vehicles like auto or taxi. 5. Tele-medicine in rural areas to hospitals with a doctor 24/7 on phone-line with laptop -laptop dial connectivity and skype as tele-diagnosis.

I am worrying about the health of rickshaw waala, rehadi waala, khomachewaala, sabjiwaala , theliwaala etc. In my view it will be proper to appoint a special doctor at each District Hospital to look for them, provide them an ambulance so that the doctor himself could pick up them for the proper check up and medicines, Issue an special no for the public if anyone gets such a person "who himself is not able to judge for his health and going on and on as he or she is" could call the doctor.

NeHA must be a group of individuals forming a association for various sectors related to Doctors, Administrators, legal advisers & persons belonging to APL & BPL caterogy. just to evaluate that the decisions taken or policy formulated in accepted by both sections of society. Authority must take steps on promoting natural and herbal treatments, encourage the Ayurveda (as father of medicine), standardization of medical practitioners and doctors with availability time, location to common man.

make online drug distribution system.drugs should only be delivered to any instituat only on the basis of demand created online so unnecessary supply of drugs can be prevented.unnecesary drug distribution is major culprit in health system.we buy shoes online than why a instituat (medical college district hospital rural health centre ) dont demand drugs online.why cant a citizen give a review comment on drugs reaction and drugs quality online so the drugs quality can be tested dem

Gaon me uncertified doctor's treatment kar rahe he quki certified doctor gaon me jana nahi chahate he. Yadi certified docotor's uncertified doctor's ko net ke dwara guide kare to gaon me bhi logo ko sahi ilaj mil payega or bade doctor's ko gaon me jane ki jarurat bhi nahi padegi. Is ke liye goverment ko policy banana chahiye ki har doctor ko 1 hour e-service dena compulsory ho. e-service ke liye doctor ko fees government ki or se di jaye.yadi sahi ilaj logo ko mile ga to log kam bimar hoge

Medical emergency no. 102 & 108 are not well regulated. In case of my medical emergency my father called both no. from Deoghar (Jharkhand) and call reached Patna (Bihar). The emergency service had no direct/hot link with Deoghar hospital. They refused to help because Deoghar (Jharkhand)is 200kms away from Patna (Bihar). Please consider about district towns.
