I want to request the Gov that, they should arrange more campaigns on disabled people's empowerment. Most of the people in Indian society, don't accept these abled people and indirectly or directly push them to stay in home only. The people don't allow these abled people to roam around. They just makes their life more difficult. I also urge Gov that, the abled people must get their right to education and employment. Also the public places like offices, stations must have the ramps and lifts.

I am an amputee and would like to share my thoughts. I've been using the Jaipur foot for a decade almost. I moved to UK in last year and subsequently applied for the prosthesis. Now my prosthesis is going on and I got the new prostetic leg which is Subsidised by NHS. Its technology is from well known giant Ottobock. I urge to our Gov that like a NHS in the UK they also subsidise the disabled people's equipments with new technology and try to make their life easy and happy. Thank you.

The highest number of people under differently-abled are those who are mentally disturbed due to stress & depression. This disability is invisible & confined in to the mind of the person affected by it. There should be counselling cell and centers where such people can share their agony to get relief. These people are impacting the society emotionally & economically. To create awareness about mental disturbance to identify such people so that timely treatment can be made.

Res.Sir,I currently reside in Ahmedabad with my Paralysed Father and my Husband. I stay in Sachin Tower, Satellite. It is one of the old building which has already faced last earthquake. Here almost every society have Senior Citizen Corner. But I would like to request you to please make some rule for making a ramp for all the floors on the side of step. This will help old age or disabled people to get down in case of emergency like earthquake or medical emergency via wheelchair.

Surely the country could do much more for the physically disabled, especially when they have so much to offer. One such story is of RK, who got crippled by cerebral palsy. But that disease did not deter his will of steel. He is now famous as The Foot Painter, and draws masterpieces using just his feet. Check out his inspirational story at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_oA3SGFAy8

modi sir, I witnessed how physically and mentally challenged people are treated empathetically - EMPATHETICALLY , IN MANY WESTERN NATIONS. HERE , IN INDIA, UNWILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT THE DIFFERENTLY-ABLED IS SOMEHOW INDIVIDULAISED . LET THERE BE EFFECTIVE LAWS AS TO HOW TO TREAT THEM IN PUBLIC PLACES SUCH AS GARDENS, RESTAURANTS , AIRPORTS, RAILWAY STATIONS ETC
