Limit on investment in Captal Gain Bonds should be removed so that maximum funds are deposited by taxpayers, this will help govt. increase savings/get funds for development at least cost / cut useless expenditure by taxpayers. Another suggestion-Rbi And Goi should target to making all effort to make Indian Rupee strong compared to US Dollar as this will help reduce our cost of major imports like oil

Retirement age in Universities, Research Institutions and in Departments of Science and Technology, Biotechnology, Indian Council of Medical Research, DRDO should be strictly implemented. Many academicians and Scientists are given lengthy extension which impedes the progress of younger generation to attain leadership positions. For a young country like ours, it is critical for younger generation not to get frustrated. I am glad the PM has already recognised this problem.

There is developmental plan of KBK region of Odisha, this is initiated by Congress, but it became another way for corruption. Now its more complicated after the increase of naxlism in this area specifically. No better roads, primary teachers dont go to schools regularly, all other govt functionaries getting eroded over time due to naxalism fear. That fear gives ample scope for more naxalism. And slowly people with less or no education are lured for naxalism with a frustration and no hope.

Let the side ways be left open for afforestation by local people where ever roads. This can be noble way to mobilising greening India campaign. Mostly Neem, peepal, banyan, karanj, etc be promoted to the most because of their potent ability to cleansing and health benefits for entire ecosystem.

Being a superpower in IT and systems through our elite brains in India, we are literally a poor nation when it comes especially court systems & land records. We must engage best of companies to brainstorm and implement best in class in these two field to address our social justice in a broad and comprehensive manner.

Govt of India and state govt allocating lots of funds to keep public transport systems clean and efficient through a maintenance cost. But these seems are siphoned and a close loop management of expenditure are purposefully kept out of public domain. That is why citizens are forced to travel in such shabby means. So when foreigners come they feel its nasty to travel through our public transport. So while granting more money govt should ask for the status of the spent and prove its credentials.

Now a days almost all railway stations having a pending expenditure for ramp FOB for differently able or physically handicapped citizens. I feel it is utterly space consuming and capital intensive projects. Rather going for it we should go for simple and reliable electrical lifts for such passengers. The cost of lifts can be reduced by own Railway manufacturing the same lifts & elevators for the use for its across its nation. Till such time we can outsource good safe lifts from reputed suppliers.
