Respected PM, Gov. of India has already issued Adhaar number to its citizen and Adhaar card has stored all the details in codified manner. THere should be code reader in Govt. office so that instead of issuing manual entry passes, visitor should show its Adhaar card and gate pass containing photo should be printed based on the Adhaar card.

Still we do not have easy access to the elected representatives or Higher authorities to complain regarding issues in their jurisdiction. Government should create email id for all the elected representatives and publish it in local newspapers. MP, MLA and councillors should be asked to respond to the emails sent to them by the citizens in fixed time period. This would speed up and solve lot of issues at local level.

Major problem in India is of judicial delivery system. And its not even fault of judges as they are burdened with many cases and mostly trivial in nature. To ensure faster delivery automated case disposal system can be developed for non criminal cases such as property, etc. In case of property parties fight on written documented proofs which can be uploaded in system and with well developed system on base of artificial intelligence these cases can be resolve very quickly saving merit of justice

Sale of file notings in petroleum ministry by central employees (7th pay commission may increase pay of these dishonest people) is a tip of iceberg and happening in all ministries. PS/PA of higher officers routinely convey file notings, to affected persons, in return for cash. Why after 9 months, Modi ji has not initiated move for bribe free govt machinery by 100% digitisation, conversion from paper to electronic governance, intranet system of file movement to eliminate leaks and surplus staff?
