Sir the project and ideas of students in private colleges either go waste or go to the state government on a very low cost and of no use whereas, lakhs of great ideas are not considered for gov. Organization like DRDO. The HR ministry should also develop a clear interactive system with private universities under UGC. An example is University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. It is completely private but has a great projects for clean and green India and make in India.

after clearing of college there is again a filter paper for jobs i am talking about the colleges wich are not iits and nits. some people get job and many do not. I am a student and i'll tell you how education in india is. there is a constant push by the schools to clear your exams till 12.even weak of the weakest can clear 12 board exams just by doing prev. years paper in 2 months time and can score a avg. of 75% . after that there is a filter paper to go into college, only the of the best can go in iit's and nits and iiits.(these institutes are good). rest of the college in india again push the students to clear the college.

All the abhiyans are too good which are launched by your gov. But in my view everything is waste untill people of this country recieves education. by education i do not mean only basic education, but a educ. which is sufficient for them to stand on there own feet. i am laying so much emphasise on education because you also know the quality of education in india. it is too poor.

UIDAI Act does not empower citizens to take action if their data is illegally divulged as action could be initiated by the UIDAI itself.
