हर साल 21 अप्रैल को सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन किया जाता है, जहाँ सिविल सेवक नागरिकों के हितों के लिए खुद को पुनःसमर्पित करते हैं और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता एंव नवीनीकृत को दोहराते है। इस श्रृंखला के 9 वें सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन विज्ञान भवन नई दिल्ली में 20-21 अप्रैल, 2015 को किया जा रहा है।

इस सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य सिविल सेवा के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर विचार करना, चर्चा करना और सुझावों का आदान प्रदान करना है। किसानों पर प्रस्तावित सम्मेलन के लिए निम्नलिखित विषयों पर सिविल सेवकों और जनता से सुझाव मांगें जा रहे हैः

1. अगले दो साल में किन क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की आवश्यकता हैं? सबसे महत्वपुर्ण क्या है और सिविल सेवकों के रूप में हमारे लिए महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र क्या है?

2. लैब से फार्म तक- हम कृषि अनुसंधान शुरू करने के लिए अधिक से अधिक लोगों को कैसे प्रोत्साहित कर सकते हैं? हमारे बैकएंड अनुसंधान को मजबूत करने के लिए क्या किया जाना चाहिए?

3. फार्म से टेबल तक - हमारे आपूर्ति श्रृंखला को मजबूत बनाने में प्रमुख मार्कर क्या हैं? उपभोक्ता विकल्प की बढ़ती विविधता के रूप में किसानों को क्रय शक्ति क्षमता में वृद्धि द्वारा लाभ कैसे हो सकता है?

4. एसेस टू क्रेडिट - हम किसानों की बेहतरी के लिए वित्तीय समावेशन का लाभ कैसे उठा सकते है?

5. भूमिहीन श्रमिकों के संबंध में क्या रणनीति बनानी चाहिए? हम यह कैसे सुनिश्चित करें की वे अवसरों का उपयोग करने में सक्षम हैं?

The farmers engaged in agriculture is uncertain about the final yield & its market value that may fetch after the season added with losses due to natural calamities. It also increases the debts incurred for initial investments in the sector and finally ends up in debts trap with no solutions. The Crop insurance available now takes care of only drought/flood/natural calamity losses. The farmer needs Gujarath model Insurance for covering the actual losses in predicted income after the harvest.

किसान नेत्रत्व की कमी महसूस करता है. स्थानीय नेता उसे हमेशा धोखा देते है, उन तक पहुंचना मुश्किल है, पहुँच जाओ तो बस वे झूटा आश्वासन देते हैं. सभी तथाकथित स्थानीय नेता बस चुनावी विजय को अपना लक्ष्य मानते हैं उनके अन्दर दया और भावना की क्रूरता दिखाई पड़ती है. चाहे कोई दल हो मुझे स्थानीय नेताओं में कोई अंतर दिखाई नहीं देता सभी का एक जैसा तरीका और व्यवहार.

Mindset of professors in faculty needs 2 b changed and more funds need 2 b provided for research. 3. enpower farmers by encouraging them to set up their own enterprise so that farmers can byepass middleman. This can b done by providing low cost loans as done by muhammad younus through grameen bank in bangladesh sir plse give a rply 2 my comments....i had never got a rply...send u r valuable comments on my email dhand1984@yahoo.co.in

I 1st priority civil servants must be humble and down to earth and communication must b maintained to lower level farmer 2nd Educate farmers abt latest techniques in agriculture so that they can become future entreprenours and can contribute towards society II GOVT first rectify their own institutions by getting rid of of d mentality that equip of research to be judiciously used and every researcher must have free acess 2 lab equip.

sir i am farmer fro tamil nadu and also intrested in making new farm machines, adopting new technologies suitable to our area. we farmers facing the labour, water scarcity, etc. At the age of 69 i have received NIF award for tapioca slicing machine, function held at rastrapathi bhavan, new delhi under GOI. science and tech being an agrarian country the agriculturalist innovation / tech has to be honured / regonised from village, taluk, state, country and finally internationally.

Sir, Bharat ko yadi atma nirbhar bana hai to un engg. ko bhi sath lena hoga, ya encourage krna hoga, jo apne avishkar apne ghar me hi rakte hai or bhar nhi lapate, kuch log ese bhi hai jo garibi ke karan education prapt nhi kr pate, lekin ache inventor hote hai unko bhi sath lekr chalna hoga tabhi desh aage tarakki karega.... Good evening sir My name is Nagesh K, would i discuss one small Idea but it gives more and more results to our Agriculture depending INDIA, in our country nearly 65% of people depending on Agriculture, but most of the farmers are seeing to shift non agriculture sector, because of many schemes are didn't reach most of the farmers. This MGNREGS is dissolve completely with Agriculture it will helps our agri sector to reach top. labor charges will pay from govt along with MGNREGS it helps to farmers

I am the son of Very Poor Farmer family.We belief on you whatever you told at the time of Voting of Lok Sabha .Now You and your leader are not caring about our Farmers .You are not helping poor peoples of our country .you promise many times at the time Voting you shown us many big big dreams..i know it will take time to full fill the dreams..But You don`t have any hope for Farmers and poor peoples.Our Farmers are Doing Suicide.Think and take actions.

As I packed properly and kept vegetable in the fridge I find even after several days it remains as fresh as the day of buying. I feel besides improvement of production of farming government should find the methods of packaging and improving storing farm product. Government should find the ways to educate farmers benefit of packaging and different procedures of packaging when it removed from firm so that farm products can be stored for longer time.
