Fault tree analysis of Chennai's traffic issue to be developed and control measures in the form of corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions shall be implemented. Some common issues causing traffic congestion are, 1) Roads need to be designed and developed to promote a lane discipline. 2) Delineators to mark right of way boundaries. 3) Discourage or prohibit roadside vendors. 4) Prohibit and penalise unauthorised roadside parkings. 5) Relocate bus stops at least 100 meters away from road junctions. 6) Prohibit or Streamline funeral processions, marriage procession and other cultural processions to avoid traffic congestion. 7) Introduce and promote more public transport systems and eliminate share auto transport systems. 8) Empower planning and development department functions and support the system to improve. 9) Administratively control movement of slow moving heavy vehicles. To avoid traffic congestion it's movement during lean hours maybe preferred.

Sir, India se PhD mein dikkat aati hai publications ki. Halanki, publications compulsory nahi hai degree ke liye, lekin bina publication ke koi college assistant professor ke liye nahi accept karti. Aur publication sirf SCIE journals ke hi maane jaate hai. Gin chunke 2-3 indian journals hi hai SCIE mein. Toh humein videshi journals (american, british, etc.) mein apna research daalna padta hai publication ke liye, aur unka process transparent nahi hai. Woh mahino tak humara research phasa ke rakhte hai, aur publication ki koi guarantee nahi. kai baar humaare idea pe khud kaam karke publish kar dete hai aur humara research outdated ho jaata hai. Isiliye bhi india mein PhD 7 saal tak khich jaati hai. Iska koi samadhaan jaruri hai kyunki humaara bhawishya ek tarah se videshi journals ke haath mein hai. India mein research sirf publications tak seemit ho gaya hai, innovation khatm ho gaya hai kyunki saare ache colleges ki policy hai at least 4 publication in SCIE journals for Assistant Prof

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, प्रणाम मैं पिछले पांच वर्षों से पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए कार्य कर रहा हूँ।मेरे जिले में हजारों बड़े पेड़ो को दीमक ने नष्ट कर दिया है और लाखों की संख्या मे पेड़ दीमक के वजह से सूखने की ओर अग्रसर हैं,जो बचे हुए पेड़ हैं,उन पर मैं घर पर ही गौमूत्र और गाय की छाछ से कीटनाशक बनाकर समय समय पर स्प्रे कर दीमक से बचाने का कार्य कर रहा हूँ।इस प्रकार मैंने हजारों बड़े पेड़ो को बचाया है और हालही मे मैं मेरे दो दोस्तों को साथ लेकर गांव मे व बाजार मे मकानों की छत या दीवार मे जो पीपल व बरगद के पेड़ उगे हुए है उनको वहां से हटाकर गौचर भूमि या सार्वजनिक जगह पर लगा रहा हूं क्योंकि मकानों की छतों पर उगने से या तो छत खराब हो जाती है या फिर उन पौधों को नष्ट कर दिया जाता है साथ ही मैं राजकीय विद्यालयों मे जाकर बच्चों को रामायण का एक वीडियो दिखा रहा हूं जिसमे माता सीता अपने दोनों बच्चों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए बता रही हैं।इस प्रकार से मैं बच्चों व आमजन को जागरूक कर रहा हूं।मेरे इस कार्य की "मन की बात"मे चर्चा करें। *बजरंग सिंह,गांव-रानीपुरा,तहसील-खंडेला,जिला-सीकर(राज)मो.9887768423
