Under Smart City Mission Stage 2 challenge, the Administration of "City Beautiful" Chandigarh has received overwhelming response from its citizen in smart city suggestions and ideas. As part of citizen engagement & consultation process (for preparation of Smart City Proposal) Chandigarh Administration organized a wide range of activities - e.g. Ward consultation camps, City Talk, Field Visits, "Samvaad" talks, Stakeholders Consultation, workshops, essay/painting competition, submission of vision forms, social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, "Smart Chandigarh" android mobile app) based activities etc. to ensure that every citizen (encompassing all age groups and sections of society) must participate in Smart City Proposal making exercise. On the basis of thousands (which will soon cross lacs) of suggestions received from citizens of Chandigarh , the Chandigarh Administration in co-operation with its consultants has prepared a Draft Vision and Sub Goal document for the City which encompasses different aspirations and dreams to be realized for City Beautiful. This draft vision and sub goals documents needs people accent to make it to the final Smart City Proposal.

So, we invite all citizens of Chandigarh to participate in this review process where they can give their opinion about these documents to make it the best Smart City Proposal.
