Satna has been shortlisted as an aspirant in the smart cities challenge by Ministry of Urban Development. The Municipal Corporation is preparing a Smart City Proposal (SCP) that will include smart city solutions and an outline of the consultations held with the city residents and other stakeholders. Municipal Corporation of Satna hereby invites suggestions from citizens of Satna for making ‘Satna a smart city’.

The residents may post their views pertaining to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Satna City.

The last date to submit your suggestions/ comments is 30th October, 2015.

Satan has required to Develop for Youths.Here youths have good skill But Lack of opportunity and They don't want to move form satna. As a Result They have Join any Kind of Job. I want to satna become a smart city .I request to all Companies and IT industry for establish here . So that youths will place in his right Position.

..contd..thr must be public transport system in satna, wi-fi in all satna,online public grievance system in municipal corporation and all govt offices, smart policing like online FIR and response system must be thr,a new super speciality hospitals must be thr and degre colage of satna must be made an university and a new degree collage must be thr, new govt higher secndary schols separatly for boys and girls must establish in outskirts of satna.cctv basd crime control system must thr

..continuied..cicil line must be transfered in Raigaw turning,a smart waste material coolection system like Delhi must be thr, and a waste treatment plant,and sewage treatment plant must be thr,satna river must be rejuvenated, and permission of establishing new cement factory allocated wisely and extra tax must be thr on factories for development of satna.a well equiped airport must be thr,smart city is not about infrastructure so thr must be skill developmnt centers for city youth

..continuied..thr must be underground sewage, water, and electricity line,parks in every colony, must be two bus stands one at bagaha for bushes coming from panna and chirtakoot, and second at madhavgarh for bushes coming from rewa and maihar.where present bus stand situated tere must be a community center or big shoping mall so that people of satna may enjoy facilities like that.a satna development authority must be made and areas of sitpura,lagargawan,madhavgarh. barakhurd included.

There r number of slums in satna, proper planing for them must be furnished,thr is huge burden of trafic in satna & it is growing by daily smart transportation infrastructure must be planned for satna according to trafic burden of next 50 years, there r huge place available in outskirts of satna like dhawari pateri sohawal area , rewa maihar by pass or delaura area, badhkhar sukla bardadheh bharjuna area andcivil line to baghaha area satna smart city plan must be made for these areas
