contd. B) 6.Section 52(2)(3) and 53- The decision of the Tribunal can be challenged in the jurisdictional High Court if the employee or student is not satisfied with the decision of the Board (I am of the opinion that if this is not done it violates Right to Constitutional Remedies).

A) 1. Let the PM be the Chancellor instead of Raksha Mantri. 2. Include review of syllabus every alternate year as a function of Academic Council. 3. A Parliamentary Panel to review the performance of the University from time to time OR the Defence Consultative Committee itself looks into it. 4. Medium of Instruction should be Hindi, English and other languages mentioned in Constitution. 5. Chapter 3, clause/section 45-Let an explanation be inserted stating exemptions to the same (contd)

On AWACS India should abandon the $1 billion deal for 2 planes. It is an old technology and will be obsolete soon. India has a strong space program and is affordable. For the same cost India could place multiple geostationary satellites with all knew of sensors that could make AWACS unnecessary. India could lead the new tech and ISRO and DRDO should partner.
