Social Enterprises : Govt can announce special tax incentives to social enterprises and extend other support from various govt ministries if required. CSR wings of various public-private enterprises can rethink their methods of philanthropy and can substitute with Venture Capitalism for Social Enterprises with a much bigger purpose and magnitude. They can engage various for-profit or for-non profit NGOs to add a more value and meaning to their existing CSR wings.
