A balanced diet is the most important factor for healthy living which includes carbohydrates, Protein, fats, vitamins, minerals and pure drinking water too. The major issue we are facing in world is deficiency diseases in children and that is where we all need to direct our attention. Since children are often choosy and stubborn in their food habits, they should be fed in the most creative ways by adding their favourite sauce/flavour in most of the dishes. Eat fresh raw foods(salad)etc.

Namaste everyone! In today's world, when industrialization and commercialization is taking over the majority of our lives, it's important to stay fit and active and this can be done by taking in a balanced diet. But what's a balanced diet? Eat densely nutritive food. Take in cereals, legumes, milk and curd in good amounts. Have water in sufficient amounts. Take fruits and green-leafy vegetables in generous amounts Say no to processed foods. Stay healthy, stay safe!! Jai Hind!

Good nutrition, however, doesn't always mean eating the typical DAAL-BHAAT or ROTI SABZI or APPLES or ORANGES only. Many of us thinks that nutrition is Costly but with proper management, it can be in everyone's reach, for example, Amla is more nutritious than Oranges, Ragi(or, madua) contains same amount of calcium as milk, peanuts contain same amount of protein as Almonds, no oil increases cholesterol level, the concept of LITE oils are just to mislead consume
