Cleanness is very poor in Tamilnadu. sir, in many occasions due to non availability or delayed arrival of para medical personnel to give injection, saline, antibiotics or fast aid patients suffers and family members becomes tensed. in my view while we are moving towards a new India college students and youth above 18years should be given training through medical department in a phased manner so that no family or patient can feel tensed for primary healthcare at home...this will help all immensely.please look into .thanks
