Dear PMJi, I have great concern to the flood and drought in India. Every year big loss of life and other resources. If we calculate, it have been loss of billion or more till now. I was wondering if any possibilities to develop high-tech 20 to 25 ft. Underground Pipe line/ tunnel equipped with camera and sensors for trouble shoot and find location in tunnel if any comes. This tunnel will start from the location/source of flood and will spread to different location/cities where there is drought

Sir, For increase the trees in India there is one suggestion - Govt. must make rule that every building have tree on his inner boundary wall or outer boundary wall. No. of trees depends upon the area of building. Kindly implement this rule to save earth and life. Rgds
