Sir, I am a frequent passenger of Indian Railway in sleeper class where most of middle class and lower class travel. Pantry staff and other vendors selling tea, water, snacks etc. do not follow the prescribed rate chart and overcharge the passengers in almost all trains in all zones. For example Tea is sold at Rs. 10 instead of Rs. 7 and water bottle at Rs. 20 instead of Rs. 15. Poor passengers do not have any option but to buy during the travel. A display of rates in coach can create awareness.

I have experienced that in most of the small cities private medical hospitals refuse to accept dedit /credit card or Cheque payments or online payments from patients. They always insists or to be precise accept only cash. The same situation is with medical stores also. I feel they don't want this huge daily income to be on record. So, there must be rule/binding on all these hospitals to accept the medical bill if patient wish to pay above mentioned three systems/ways. #PMOnRadio#MannKiBaat#AIR
