महोदय सादर प्रणाम, निश्चित तौर पर ये कहा जा सकता है कि विकास हो रहा है और भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक भी लगाई जा रही है परन्तु कुछ क्षेत्र अभी भी ऐसे हैं जिनकी तरफ कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है जैसे ‍‍न्याय क्षेत्र। अभी भी न्यायिक फैसलों में बहुत देरी हो रही है। आज देश भर के न्यायालयों में लाखों वाद लंबित हैं। कुछ वाद ऐसे भी हैं जिनकी files इस तरह दबा दी गई हैं कि शायद उनका मिलना भी मुश्किल है। इसलिए मैं यह चाहता हूँ कि न्याय के क्षेत्र में भी कुछ विकास किया जाए व तेजी लाई जाए।
