इस कार्य का लक्ष्य आईटीआई या पॉलीटेक्नीक की कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में उद्देश्यात्मक प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त करना है। यह कार्य प्रतिभागियों को आईटीआई/पॉलीटेक्नीक की कार्यप्रणाली के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करने में मदद करेगा और साथ ही प्रत्याशी द्वारा लाए गए विशेषज्ञों के माध्यम से आईटीआई को समृद्ध बनाएगा। इसके अलावा उनकी प्रतिक्रिया सरकार को नेटवर्क, पाठ्यक्रम और आईटीआई से संबंधित अन्य पहलुओं को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करेगी।

From year 2005-2006 gov. announces to upgrade ITI into CENTRE OF EXCELLANCE which is WORLD BANKASSISTED PROJECT( about 5000cr rs.)but now in 2014 most of COE scheme iti got closed due to lack of government interest.Resulting future of thousands of COE STUDENT who completed their COE diploma got spoiled. COE candidate are not elligible for any govt. job except railway even not in the govt. companies where they completed there trade APPRENTICESHIP. then how can we talk about SKILL DEVELOPMENT?

ITI/Polytechnic colleges should be given a live field projects & they should be involved in every semesters & a research and development suggestions and report should be taken in every semster. Our aim should be that every ITI/Polytechnics colleges should motivate their students to participate in new product development techniques in their campus or in collabartion of Industry. & An industry should adopt atleat one institute for 3-4 years and on their assignment basis job should be offered.

5. These practical(garage owners,technician,motor mechanic) people may not be rich in technical vocabulary but in experience. Their presence and participation will motivate entrepreneurship as well. 6. Increase the seat and accreditation of ITI institute as per real employment generation capacity and not of political affiliation and money power. 7. Impart soft skill education as part of curriculum. 8. Give importance to more practical education 9. Let Industry mentor in 200 km of there location

Seeing conditions of ITI''s in Ghazipur never gave me confidence that youth are being taught and trained for real life. It is out dated both by content and style. MOOC courses are much richer in both ways. 1. Make content and style contemporary and change as per industry demand 2. Train teachers time and again in IIT and engendering colleges to bring reality in their approach 3. Screen student as per their interest and talent 4. Use garage owner and mechanics as practical visiting lecturer.Cont-
