इस कार्य में कौशल विकास से जुड़े मूलभूत व महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर प्रतिभागियों के विचार अपेक्षित हैं। इन कार्यों से मिलने वाली जानकारी और विचारों को संबंधित उद्योगों में भेजा जा सकता है। यह आईटीआई पाठ्यक्रम के निर्माण में सहायक हो सकती है और विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न रिपोर्टों को तैयार करने में भी इसका प्रयोग किया जा सकता है।

1.First Change I would suggest is compulsary Personal Finance education. 2.Communication skills. 3.Information Technology. 4.Art & Crafts. 5.Soft Skills . 6.Leadership Skills. 7.Practical Thought Process & Emotional Intelligence. 8.Decision Making. 9.Industry Frame work & Enterpreneurship. 10.Legal & Ethical Framework for industry. More practical aspects & innovative learning platform so we promote innovation & ownership in students and stop producing the employees & make employers.

1) Employees from different IT companies all over the India can devote their time on weekend to teach technical skills to government employees and officers for better understanding of technology. This can be done through CRS club (Corporate Responsibility Club) 2) Invest in Universities & research institutes for more and more practical research and development work. Please have quarterly audit of those projects.

1. create industry oriented courses. 2. develop tech branches in engg colleges, polytechnic, ITI & voc training inst. 3. establish industry based training labs. 4. hands on practical training for students. 5. advance industrial vocational training center. 6. industrial training schedule monthly or quarterly with feed back. 7. develop targeted training of adv foreign technology. 8. build skill on minimum edu. 9. Build better link with private sec. 10. Rapid intro of high-impact technology.

Degree to which defined policies are implemented, is a bigger issue in our country. Corruption, malpractices, loop-holes grow many fold because we are not serious for policy implementation. Hence we must have to come out with measurable policies on "policy implementation" itself. For example, 1. Skill and competency development should follow the industry proven model approach (ex. People CMM, P-CMM). 2. We must assess (using standard assessment method) the effectiveness of model implementation.
