This can also be used to consult experts in university over video conferencing when there is a problem on the field or during regular connectivity meeting with Agri officers or peers. Farmers needs precise input on Rain Prediction, What crops to plant, what could be rate of crops at the time of harvesting (based on number of farmers planted same crops and expecting harvest at the same time, forecast-ed need from the local & non-local market); providing necessary & suitable tips during cultivation based on crops; all of this can be achieved in a SMART WAY using SMARTPHONES & SMART APP. It is important to keep the DEVICE & APP easily usable by our farmers.

On stop Center for farmers which will have Computer Systems. In which farmers can get real time information about the weather. They can ask for advice on agricultural and share there ideas and suggestions which will be used by farmers across the country. They can ask for the loan, buy seeds & fertilizers and sell there crops at govt. price. Farmers, Inform about total crops grown. All the registered farmers will be provided with Agri Debit Cards, can use at hospitals for concessions.

I THINK THAT WE SHOULD HAVE AGRO CENTERS AT TALUKA LEVEL WHERE FARMERS WILL SALE THE GOODS AND USER WILL GET IT FROM THEIR .THIS WILL HELP US TO REDUCED THE TRANSPORTATION COST.AND PRICES OF COST ALSO .WHICH WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO ALL. AND IN THIS CENTERS WE WILL INSTALL A SYSTEMS WITH PC HAVING WEBSITE AND GSM INTERFACED SO FARMERS CAN COMMUNICATE WITH CENTERS AT ANY TIME AND FROM CENTERS THE MANAGER WILL HELP THEM USING INTERNET AND WEBSITE.

Mobile telephony can play a vital role in transferring technology as well as information. ( 957 million indians have mobile phones).The farmers - market linkage can be possible via mobile phones. The Indian cooperative societies in every remote village can be connected with the knowledge production centres ( agricultural universities ) via internet and mobile technology. The farmers can be addressed with market prices, price forecasting via mobile in the form of text message and voice message.

Collect data and prepare data base of all farmers having mobile phones or ask the farmers to send sms in a specific format to get registered.Once they are registered,they should be getting sms updates in their local languages on information related to prices,MSP's,use of agriculture equipments,use of farming machinery,best practices of other farmers,their contact numbers,cheap and best farm and agricultural products etc.This will connect the whole world of farmers on a common platform.
