At the Panchayat level, we need to build a local informatics center that will collect data from a national agricultural institute. The institute will have a database with data from remote sensing satellites, and a weather predicting supercomputer. The data needs to be summarized for easy understanding of all farmers at the Panchayat level. There needs to be a small modular soil testing laboratory, and an application that will guide the farmers, which crops need to be sown in a particular season

first things if politician used to give subsidy to farmer or cancel big loan ,it shuld be equal to all because ,suppose in area A , every farmer have registered larger area than area B and gov only cancle those loan of B area. so equally cancle the loan or give subsidy . and intergrated watershed management program had to be implemented in each district to develop the area .

We need to start a 24 7 statewise " interactive Farmer Channel", which will be in thier language and exclusively about their terrain and climate/ weather. The channel must provide FAQs, direct Questions- Answers with experts, advisories with respect to the type of crop/ cultivation, time, alerts on diseases, etc. every village must have an Agriculture Office who can provide personal guidance, soil testing, etc.

1. Provide market place for crop logistics @ local level. Best service providers survive.Lesser burden for individual/small farmers. 2. Provide facility for checking crop quality, quantity and provide re-numeration based on govt rates/market rates. This will help in standardizing rates across all farmers from a geography. 3. Provide market place for all farming equipments ( and even human resources) .Govt will get an idea on what is the general need based on data collected. Jai Hind

Integrating our farmers with technology to me is to make them use efficient machinery required for cultivation to increase productivity and get handsome returns to farmer. Integrated IT devices connected through RF to farm server for valuable information required. Get the demand for the produced products by using technologies to not only to innovate, also to seek ways to promote our food to other parts of world. Someone in parliment who says Rs.32 is good enough should be given that for 5 years

Govt. Must bind up with such factories or companies which manufactures technical gadjets for farmers and ask them to provide the goods in the price much less than the original one and the remainig price govt. Will pay .but this should only done for poor and needful farmers so that it doesnt put a burden on govt.'s budget.

1. Farmers in India are largely dependent on rain. So, farmer needs robust and scheduled whether updates. I suggest to setup smaller meteorological departments in every regions. The regions will be divided based on their whether patterns. The whether forcast will then be communicated to farmers using automated voice mail in their languages. 2. Efficient storage and distribution facilities are need of the hour to reduce wastage. FCI needs a overhaul to improve public distribution system.
