Main drawback is literacy of Indian farmers. We can guide them by establishing Govt.village farm where crop of area sown and demonstration of latest farming technologies along with their benefits by establishing weekly Farm school. Farmers only adopt new technology if they see by their eyes recurrently and these idea will bridge the gap in Lab to Land Scheme.

The benefits of telecenters operated by farmer organizations—access to technical and market information from the Internet, for instance—do not have to be limited to literate farmers who live close by. The benefits can be amplified if telecenters are used to develop training materials for illiterate or far-flung members of the organization.

a telecenter is simply an individual, often a woman, sitting under an umbrella with a telephone that people can use for a small fee. More complicated solar-powered booths have been developed, such as the Cooperative Internet Booth (Coop-e-Booth) in Kenya, which has computer terminals, a terminal managed by an administrator, and wireless Internet connectivity.

It was set up in 2008, with the Uganda Communications Commission contributing 80 percent of the costs and the members 20 percent.Farmers are trained to use the Internet to identify markets and liaise with them directly, and they say they can find btr

Kisan center should transfer relevant information to kisan mobile through blue tooth or wifi.Direct transfer of information could not be understood sometimes. This will necessitate farmer to daily interact with center and has relevant information in his inbox. He could rethink and come with new question. Center could connect him with expert/mentor or university teacher for further explanation if needed. After some month or years farmer would be confident enough to ask, submit and act on problems.
