Establish centralised information center in grampanchayat office. Real time data about prices, weather conditions, availability of seeds/fertilisers etc. should be displayed here on the big screen with the nearest centre where above commodities are available. What happens sellers of these commodities indulge in black-marketing/ selling fake seeds etc which cause losses to farmer. Record of habitual offenders should also be available on this display screen so that farmers aren't cheated.

1) Registration on govt portal made compulsory with type & area of crop. 2) Seeds , Fertilizers diesel, subsidy should be issued through this portal only. This is the only way to force farmers to get real time data 3) This will give online real time data of crops, yield, food production & able to food procurement planning in advance and keep the prices within limits. 4) Keeping soil health card online help to give expert advice & improve production, take correct crop suitable for soil etc.

Most of the times it happens that there is imbalanced production of foods, grains, fruits just because of un awareness of the market requirements this problem can overcomed by using todays technology i.e. A common Media used by every one [ Every farmer ] is Mobile. For District wise production of foods all farmers should be informed using SMS regarding the product [food] and the quantitiy required in current market before atleast 5-6 months, so that farmer should think in that view.
