Aadhaar card should be a smart card with an inbuilt chip for storing information. card readers can be installed at all govt. offices where citizens visit for availing govt. services. To recover cost of the card, a small portion of the card can be used for advertisement where private companies can print adv. by paying a fee. (ideal for banks/mobile companies/FMCG)

We cannot purchase a phone without submitting our documents such as identity proof. So every company should feed the identity data in respective mobile number that allotted to user. This movement can be enhanced to design a software by companies which is connecting to your identity data and mobile number etc..

Mobile phones have become personal electronic communication devices, connected to the largest communication networks in the world and largely carried by individuals at all times. Global telecommunications standards enforce a unique one-to-one relationship between each subscriber's mobile phone number and their physical mobile handset. This connection is secure and is difficult to compromise.

Global telecommunications standards enforce a unique one-to-one relationship between each subscriber's mobile phone number and their physical mobile handset. This connection is secure and is difficult to compromise. This concept of "one number, one phone" is what makes Mobile-as-Identity a unique and unmatched means to authenticate individuals.
