UNICEF advocates quality basic education for all, with an emphasis on gender equality .In particular, getting girls into school and ensuring that they stay and learn has what UNICEF calls a “multiplier effect.” Educated girls are likely to marry later and have fewer children, who in turn will be more likely to survive and be better nourished and educated.Educated girls are more productive at home and in the workplace, more details on http://www.unicef.org/mdg/index_education.htm

Class room theatre and creative dramtics are used as popular tools for girls below the age group of fourteen years. Here the age and their mental maturity were taken in to account.Body and mind exercises forms apart of it.Story telling comes next. Subject based play games follow suit.Creative talents of girl students will be exposed thoroughly and self learning mood will be created. They themselves take the role of teachers and real teachers can monitor the whole exercise.

The atrocious attitude shown by schools with their power to issue Transfer Certificate has to be regulated. On course completion in a school a child has to be issued multiple TCs to facilitate applying for multiple opportunities. When TC is contemplated for issue when course is not completed then it should be done only by proper Government department and not by school management. The scheme of School conducted and Board conducted Class X Board exam also has to be scrapped.
