The atrocious attitude shown by schools with their power to issue Transfer Certificate has to be regulated. On course completion in a school a child has to be issued multiple TCs to facilitate applying for multiple opportunities. When TC is contemplated for issue when course is not completed then it should be done only by proper Government department and not by school management.
