Working as a lecturer In Mekelle University, I found good many things such as - staff evaluation by students, cross verification of answer-sheet by students before results declares, teacher try to improve emotional intelligence beside their education, students have rights to share their ideas, feelings & suggestions individually to any teaching and administrative members of college, respectively the students knows the rules and responsibilities towards society and nations, and the punishment.

Unicef strategies are relevant here-Making class rooms more gender sensitive and child centered, recruiting and training teachers who are sensitive to gender and child rights and giving them a regular living age, promoting sports in schools achieving gender parity, eliminating gender bias from curriculum, providing early childhood programmes, providing alternative education to girls who has dropped out of school, incentive to returning young mothers, making sure of safety.

1.It is mandatory to contact, congregate & convince the parents to send their girl child to school. It is easy, I do it in the Milhard Slum colony in Faridabad. 2.Give the parents & their children a vision of deliverance that is achievable by educating their girl child thru regular contact programmes 3.Test & Prod the child for her talent and train her strength 4.Give her a dream to pursue 5.Coach her for her academic weakness & finally 6.Thru regular workshops hon her confidence Jai Hind!
